Payment of this administrative fee is required to receive a patent prior art search prepared by the Western Intellectual Property & Innovation Legal Clinic (WIPILC). This fee must be paid prior to receiving a completed prior art search and only covers the legal information and assistance provided by WIPILC. Any other legal costs and government filing or registration fees associated with patent application are the responsibility of the Client.
